SHIPPING POLICY
We are not an importer, or reseller of fish. We only sell what we breed in our fish room. We generally have limited quantities of random species at different times. Our main focus will be on species of the Goodeidae family. All fish will be shipped using USPS Express 2-Day Guarantee shipping option. Shipping charges sometimes vary from the estimate. We will not charge more if we under estimate. We will refund any overages of $5 or more. We strive to charge no more than the actual shipping cost.
We will always send extra fish, one or more depending on quantity ordered. We will not ship if weather conditions are not favorable either at our end or the destination. We appreciate an e-mail confirming arrival and condition of all shipments, as it helps us provide the best care for the fish we ship.
In the event of a problem (i.e. DOA fish, or postal service mishandling a package), contact us immediately via e-mail. Send photos along with a description of the problem.
